All the reviews I'm reading are really negative towards it, but there were enough small lines that made it work for me- they are actually fairly similar in some ways (lack of trust, seeing themselves as monsters) that it's easy to see how Nat would have warmed to the dorky, shy Banner and how their "flirting" was so different than the flirting she uses as Black Widow and why that would appeal.
