Jet Grind Radio and Jet Set Radio Future both have one of the best soundtracks I've ever seen in a game. When I go back to it (Or just listen to the music on its own, which I love doing) I'm always impressed at the selection.

You can waste so much time in JSR just listening to funky music and skating around spray painting shit. It's an incredibly fun and satisfying experience.
