Oh, no, tumblr would care. You should have seen the big blow out Pacific Rim got because one of the mecha was called Gypsy Danger.

Yeah, but given his own ethnicity Norton would say that. Roma Gypsies are relatively unoppressed in the UK, even have out and open Gypsy Fayres.
Norton is Irish Traveller and they are the ones that cause the problems and have been trying to cut a slice of the Roma-Gypsy's acceptance for years just to leach of their PR and try to hide that they are the ones that cause a crime wave whenever they roll into town. Norton's attempt to suppress Gypsy identity so as to appropriate them under the general traveller label. And one thing everyone that deals with real gypsies know is that they outright despise Irish Travellers due to the problems they cause and hate being confused or lumped in with them.

Wow, Ethnic fighting among the white people of Europe is so much more complex. Us, Americans, used to have that back a hundred years ago but not any more for the most part. You have to go to plays like New York city or Chicago if you want see anything remotely close to that. As an Americans, we keep on forgetting that.
