I'm oddly disappointed. Kakashi looks similar to how I imagined him (and his features aren't exactly surprising given what we can see of his face), but I liked ~never knowing~. It was a nice little mystery. (I shouldn't have clicked! Damn my curiosity!)

I feel this way about John 117 (Master Chief from Halo) too (even though the books describe him); you never see his face in the game and I always appreciate that because it allows for your imagination to roam.

Tbh, I didn't really care if his face was revealed or not. I don't mind the reveal and he looks good but I would have been fine it had been kept a mystery. So I get you.

Same here, just looking at that panel was kind of just 'oh'. I think I preferred the mystery :P

(Even though I figured he'd look relatively normal anyway).
