So like if you draw super realistic, then all your anatomy and perspective needs to be right. And if you draw super cartoony, then you need to have a strong sense of design.
I think blitzwing choose a few examples I could agree with, I don't follow them but just from googling I'd say Gamercat is a great example of a polished comic.
