I'm so, so confused as to what's going on. Is her hair catching on fire? It looks like she tied him up and is making him burn her alive. WTF?

I have absolutely no context, I just find this screencap so gloriously weird and can't help but wonder what's up with it.

I think she's setting a blast of hairspray on fire with a lighter and probably threatening to aim the spray at him?

Oh, I see! I realize now that it isn't HIS hand, it's her hand that's holding the spray. And also that the fire is in front of her, not on her. Right. That makes sense.
