In my experience, what they ask often depends on the teacher, but it's usually in the same line of what was covered in class. So think of what they might ask based on that I guess.

Most importantly though, don't just fall silent. If you don't know immediately, buy yourself some time. The line: "please, let me think about this for a moment." Saved me more than once.
