I'm so worried about not being able to find a bank that will loan me money to go to university that it's stopping me from even checking out anymore banks. It doesn't help that I'm getting the terrible, terrible feeling that my dad doesn't actually want me to go to a university abroad and is going to try to make me stay here, which is why I can't ask for my parents' help. I know I have OCD and depression and etc. which means I'm paranoid as hell but I know I know my parents well and I'm really scared he's going to try and stop me.

I need to go to a university in the UK. I'm so homesick it's what's making me depressed and I feel scared I'll have a psychotic break or whatever they're called if my dad does stop me.

can you ask somebody to sit with you while you search, or search for you while you sit with them? (or go to the bank)

anyway, good luck. it sounds like the right decision to go back.

I'm not sure who to ask. I'm a bit of a loner type and right now I'm only in contact with one person outside of my family. That is a good idea though, I might ask my friend to do that. She holds my hand quite a lot already, so I don't think she'd mind.
