Well granted, maybe some of those people are not freaked out at all by spiders, which I'm deathly afraid of...

It's funny how that works. I had a roommate who was completely freaked out by mice, which I'm pretty much fine with. Whereas he wasn't freaked out much by bugs which just drive me completely insane (especially cockroaches).

I thought peoples' reactions were to the fact that the mice are inside food, which can be rather off-putting even if they're cute.
