I think the other characters remember because they didn't essentially have to die and be reborn like the senshi were.

It did suck Urawa never showed up again but non manga characters were always destined to leave eventually, Yuichirou had a good run but even he gets forgotten. Heck all the normal school kids kind of get forgotten by the time you get to Stars, Usagi just has too many Senshi friends to remember her non senshi ones.

AYRT Yes me too, he was a fun character and I thought it was nice for one of the inner senshi to have a regular love interest. I miss him.
