A math learning disability when I was in preschool, though no specific label. It's... very obvious sometimes. (Don't ask me whether to go left or right. I WILL tell you to go left while pointing to the right. Apparently that's part of having a math LD.)

I do know where I want to go, which is why it's frustrating that I can't communicate it. I sit in the car and go "Left. Left. Left. NO THE OTHER LEFT. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU!? I CLEARLY MEANT THE OTHER LEFT!"

My mom has the same left/right problem, and she's brilliant at math and loves it. She's dyslexic, though. It might be a learning disability thing in general.

I have dyscalculia, and one of the common things with it is also having difficulty differentiating left from right. If you're not sure what it is, I'd poke around at least Wikipedia.
