Same here, although I honestly wonder if there's other stuff going on that hasn't been properly diagnosed. I have extremely low empathy but can be really patient when I want. I also squished tadpoles as a child and got into a few fist fights. I feel like my earlier PDD-NOS diagnosis is masking other problems. My counselor doesn't think so, which means it's off to get a second opinion.
