Re: anxiety advice

Honestly, the only thing I've ever found that really helps my anxiety is drawing a stupid comic about it. I just whip out pencil and pad and draw what's making me anxious. I very rarely post any of them, because they tend to look like this, but somehow, the emotional distance required to make jokes at my own expense about my own mental state helps me.

If it's more a general twitchiness, and exercise, breathing, distractions haven't worked, I try ASMR vids on Youtube. Oh, random Russian lady, you can blather on about your massage tools all you want; your voice is like a warm blankie.
