You should see the bathroom floor tiles omg. They are two tone royal blue hewn quartz design and they are gorgeous.

Is there much work to be done? It looks pretty solid from the photos but I am hoping you got it inspected? Got any plans aside from hot tub removal?

The place is very solid despite being 100+ years old. There are minor things to be done like repainting spots on the interior walls, sealant around the windows outside, and dusting the roof to keep moss off. We also have to dig out a corner where there are wood chips touching the foundation to keep termites out, and there's a tiny spot of dry rot on the front steps to remove and re-fill with a new piece of wood.

And then of course there is a patch in the back yard to re-seed and I want to put in some new plants instead of some of the crap they've planted in there (roses! I must have roses!).

Lastly we plan to take out a part of a wall in the basement to uncover one of the windows they boarded over and another one to make a small living room area where we can put an extra TV so when we host exchange students they won't be coming upstairs to use ours lol.

And it's optional at the moment, but we should also at some point before winter seal up the stupid pet door they have in the second bedroom because fuck that I don't want it being a spot for heat to escape.

Yeah winter seals are important :C Don't wanna waste that heat. Also roses yay roses! Are you gonna havea food garden?

If I have time this summer I'll figure out the best place to put in a raised bed to grow some vegetables in. It's far too late to start planting for this year though.
