Yeah, it was kind of the perfect storm of things to make Fox News et all froth at the mouth. Teen pregnancy has become COOL because of LAX SEXUAL MORALS and now girls are sleeping with CRAZY HOMELESS GUYS. Throw in a rainbow party and sex code bracelets, and we've got a moral panic trifecta.

Apparently what actually happened was that girls at the school were already pregnant, and agreed to help each other out raising the kids while they finished their education. Teen pregnancy rates were up at the school that year, and the principal claimed to the media that the students had made a pact to get pregnant together, though there wasn't any evidence to support it.
