To be fair Sheldon/Penny is largely it's own fictional universe separate from the main show anyway. Trust me at every turn when they are nice in fanfic they are massive dicks in the show.

I've looked for fic only for one ship - Sheldon and a guy in a cafe in that one episode where Sheldon was looking for a new boyfriend for Penny and the guy thought that he was asking him out for himself. The guy gave him his phone number. I even found one fic. It was short but good.

Man Sheldon/Penny was my ship for TBBT, I don't watch the show anymore though so I haven't had the urge to read any fic for them in a long while.

Those two together (even as friends) are my entire reason for watching the show. I don't need anyone else. I love how the two play off of each other.

I cannot ship them because my brain doesn't work that way when it comes to Penny and Sheldon. But I do sort of friend-ship them, if that makes sense. I believe that they will be great good buddies forever just because I think it's so adorable when they get along

Text: I'd never watched the Big Bang Theory, but a friend posted for a Penny/Sheldon fic with an interesting premise. I was bored, so I gave the fic a try.

Now I ship them like burning.

I still don't have much in the show, but damn if I haven't been devouring the fic.
