Re: Replying to reviews
As a writer, I have to say no, I don't reply to every review I get, even though I don't get a lot in the first place. I make an effort to answer questions when I get them, but just general reviews about how they like it get a general thanks in the notes of the next chapter if it has one.
As a reader, I don't tend to leave reviews unless I know the author accepts con-crit and I have some to give. Otherwise I just leave kudos or favorite/bookmark it and be done.
