Dare I ask what this is...? Something like astral wives or that kind of deal?

Basically people sit in front of a mirror in the dark, with a candle behind them, and see weird stuff in their reflection (I can't find the research paper on it right now, they did test it and seeing weird/distorted reflections actually happens in a certain number of people), and posters believe they can "jump" into an alternate dimension when they see the distorted reflection. That's basically the short version, and the sub is filled with "reports" of same.
