Ults!Cap basically takes everything that's good about Steve Rogers and pisses all over it. He's from the 1940's! But instead of him being mildly confused to begin with but willing to adapt he's a sexist and racist prick, because he's from the 1940's! He's patriotic but less in a 'I believe in freedom' way and more of a 'FUCK YEAH AMERICA! EVERY OTHER COUNTRY CAN SUCK MY DICK' kind of way(Ults!Cap would make other countries suck his dick, because he's just that nice).

He's a 'gritty' and more 'badass' version of Cap and it's a horrifying mess.

So in other words he's basically a parody of the character and what it represents. That's actually pretty funny if probably not great to read.

I guess now I know where that panel of him yelling about the letter on his forehead not standing for France is from.

Yup, pretty much. Oh god he is as well, man I'd find that funny if it didn't annoy me so much. It's so hard to read, I gave up and just stuck with Ultimate Spiderman instead.

Oh yeah that's Ultimates. (I will say this for Ultimates though, some of the costumes are pretty sweet).
