Depends on how spoiled you want, but in broad strokes this is what I've seen, I will keep it as vague as I can:

- Romance (Didn't distract much from the plot)
- Female characters in general being treated unfairly. (I didn't think of it during the film, YMMV)
- Too many one-liners (Is there such a thing?)
- Too many characters (Possibly, if you are familiar with the previous films you should be okay.)
- Bad CGI (I have no idea what that was about)

I am sure there are more and for the most part I don't agree with them, especially not the ones who are actually wrong (as in they clearly saw a different film than me wrong.).But if you enjoy Marvel films, one-liners and huge fight scenes the film is for you. It won't change your world view, it isn't a masterpiece or a deep character driven drama. But it gives you what it is selling, a huge budget blockbuster-film with Superheroes.
