I agree he's a risk but he won't fess up on where he is. We are kind of hoping hell do something that gets the police called on him again so he'll be taken back. That's why he was there in the first place. Can't believe they let him out unsupervised. What did they expect to happen! :(

Unfortunately that kind of thing does happen when there's poor internal communication between nursing staff or when someone is new to the team. It's shitty, but I almost guarantee the person who made the mistake feels absolutely terrible about it.

Keep trying to get him to tell you where he is. You might be able to wear him down eventually if you keep asking. At this point there isn't too much else you can do.
