Right. That's utterly comparable to Jon Snow's circumstances and behavior!

The argument is against the statement "your circumstances never excuse you behavior", which is ridiculous. There are some situations where your circumstances do excuse your behaviour. Whether Jon's circumstances excuse HIS behaviour is a different debate than whether circumstances EVER excuse behaviour.
