Weather woes

There is apparently a very heavy storm heading this way... and I have astraphobia. We are under a severe weather warning and I'm already freaking out.

Any tips for dealing with this?

I have that too! I never knew there was a name. I live in Oklahoma which gets terrible storms. I generally just try and sleep through them.

Be as prepared as you can, and protect the most important things.

I always go to bed early and hope the storm won't wake me.

Change the sheets on your bed, get into your favorite sleepwear, find a comforting plush toy, and put on some headphones?

Dunno if you're still in it anon but buckle on down? Make sure all windows are shut, nothing loose to bang around, and go hide in your most secure room? Blankets and hot drinks?
