I don't think this was an attempt at trolling, but if it was, OP seriously overestimated how many people 1) know who Gary Barlow is, 2) know what a Tory is, 3) are familiar with British politics and 4) care. LOL to the people who though this was going to be popcorn worthy, though...

Heaven forbid that people post about something that isn't of immediate interest to insular Americans. Sounds like the OP had to get it off their chest and isn't this the place to do it? It's not the OP's fault that you take no interest in the rest of the world. Do you pop up on all the threads for anime and crap US genre shows to tell the OP that they're seriously overestimating interest in the topic?
