DA but yes, yes it is. And it was sweet and adorable and full of happy happy feels and amazing characters.

Awww, that stinks.

I caught one episode of the show while at my mom's house. My guess - as a mostly complete outsider - is that it followed the detective show + one main gimmick formula too closely. Like I enjoyed it, but nothing stood out and intrigued me to go back to the beginning/keep watching more episodes.

Could've just been that particular episode though. :(

It may depend on the episode because some of them focused more on the procedural element. The show was definitely at it's strongest when focusing on then relationships between the characters, especially between the Henry (the immortal doctor) and his 65 year old son.

So now I'm going to be putting the finale off for a long long long long long long time.
