Buffy: So so many, but as I'm rewatching S7 currently I'll go with "Showtime"

DS9: "Duet" or "the Visitor" or the one where Sisko is a SF writer in the 1950s ("Beyond the Stars"?)

I also love Orphan Black, but there I just love the entire thing. I'm also rewatching Gilmore Girls and New Girl, but there it's more scenes than particular episodes.
