Yes but what happens if, say, the majority of a state/country is anti-semitic and refuses serving jewish people because "my faith says jews killed Jesus"? In this case, their businesses will remain strong, and the affected minority's boycotts will have no effect, and continue to have to struggle to get the services a christian does there.
