That's terrible ): in a way, you're right that no one can make the suffering of losing someone go away. Talking and being comforted often can help help get through it though.

If you have remaining friends or loved ones nearby, try to keep in touch with them for mutual support. Try to take breaks from grieving, do something that distracts you and makes you forget about it for awhile. Grief can be very physically taxing and exhausting.

Sharing dark/depressed/grief-filled thoughts, where you don't have to worry about worrying your friends or family, can help. A grief forum, or a support forum, might be the best place. I think there are sites specifically for people who have lost someone to suicide.
