unless they suffer from crippling dysphoria that causes them to spiral downward whenever anything female related is mentioned there's really no reason

If they do, they'd need warnings for far more than periods. It's not like pregnancy or abortion, sexual abuse, female sexuality, and TMI are uncommon topics on here

tbf, many threads that center around abortion, sexual abuse, tmi, and even pregnancy have it warned for or clearly noted in the title. I'm not saying that menstruation really needs to be warned for, but I often see warnings for most of the examples you mention

I was more referring to the general hypothetical situation of a person needing trigger warnings women related issues (although, again, I think it's kind of silly to need a trigger warning for anything relating to periods)
