I knew it was safer to read the comments instead of clicking through.

There was a lot of old school body horror bara, vicious stuff that I couldn't help but see as a kind of forceful stress release by the artists given the homophobia they lived in.

On the other hand, I can imagine those images quite nicely without ever having to see them again.

Maybe? There are lots of reasons it might not gross you out. It's certainly... Ridiculous and out there enough that I could see some people just having a laugh at it.
