That happens on several different grounds. One is the argument that it creates a hostile workplace/harassment.

The other has to do with violating your company's tech TOS/policies. You should probably either not sign such a policy, or bring a data stick/data plan to use your own internet, removing the risk of such a violation.

This is a daft response. Data sticks are not allowed in my workplace, and I don't have a job if I don't sign the IT policy (and that is true of every workplace where I could use my skills, as it potentially compromises service user data privacy). Simple.

I'm sure you will come back with some clever riposte, but you are wrong. Nudity is NSFW, Deal with it.

Are you not allowed to bring phones to work either? The data stick is just a tip for those who can do it. Since the image in question is neither pornographic nor obscene, it doesn't even violate most workforce TOS/policies.

Nudity is NSFW, Deal with it.

If it's workplace appropriate, it is defacto not NSFW. Guess you'll have to deal with that.
