have you seen the movie that is being referenced? The scene in the image is intended to be sexual so your arguments about how this particular image is not sexual, have 0 ground here

I have not seen the movie in question (no clue what movie it is) but the image itself is not sexual. It has to be watched in a movie, in context, for it to be sexual. "it's sexual in context, so block it!" it not a very practical cry. Feet, hair, necks, stomachs, can be sexual in context, but they don't get banned from sight.
