Uuuugh. I like that my stupid gen fluff fic I wrote in like three hours WHILE AT WORK in between loading times and on breaks is getting a lot of attention, but could my smut fics that I spent days on and actually worked really hard on get some love too? People always say smut sells on fandom, but I've always found my gen fics gets so much more attention.

(maybe I just suck at writing sex)

I was going to complain about exactly the opposite, sans smut since I don't write it. But I work really hard on all this fic that no one's reading.

I worry if I ask why no one's reading, I'm complaining and/or making people feel bad. I don't want to do that. I just want to know if I should be doing something different. (Even if it's as simple as me posting on slow days. But how the hell am I supposed to predict that?)

The best time to post fic is, allegedly, Sunday morning. I haven't noticed any uptick in hits when I post then though.

Depends where you post it. On Ao3, the smut gets the big hits, on ff.net gen gets almost as many hits as smut.

Thiiiiis. Like, yeah, he has flaws and so does his writing, but he's not the literal Satan that everyone likes to make him out to be. And it's so tiring.

I hate Cherik so fucking much. XMFC ruined everything I loved about those characters and XMFC's shitstain of a fandom ruined everything I loved about the ship.
