BRUCE SECRET!! :D

And, uh, what exactly was the "bad ending"? Him not getting another movie? That's a meta thing, not a bad ending for the character.

I just found it sad how he goes off on his own to who knows where, looking all sad and lonely without even properly saying goodbye to any of the other Avengers. Everyone got a wrapped up ending, expect for Bruce who just kinda disappears lol.

Hm, yeah. I wouldn't call that sad, just open-ended, and something more formal would have been nice.

(I mean, it's the Avengers. They're all going to see each other again, probably soon, or at least talk to each other.)

Different anon, but I felt awful for him at the end of the movie. At the beginning he's part of a team he trusts, is Doing Science at least semi regularly with one of the greatest minds of his generation, and has a potential relationship with an attractive woman who is as broken as he is.

At the end he leaves the team after "proving" he can't be trusted because the controls are circumventable, was partially responsible for the creation of a genocidal robot, and betrayed by the person he trusted most.
