Re: Roommates and cleaning

That definitely depends on your roomies. Mine happen to be generally nice, conscientious people, and, though we all may be lazy sometimes and our garbage bin does occasionally look gross, in the end someone always takes it out (there isn't just one person who always does that).

On the other hand, I know plenty of people who'd be happy to live in a super gross, stinky kitchen for a long time without taking their garbage out. It may well be a losing battle if you've got a bunch of these as roommates.
