This is a pretty common practice, isn't it?

(Anonymous) 2015-05-17 08:17 pm (UTC)(link)
Well I'm officially An Old Fart, as I have no idea what any of this even means. Lol.

Bots are automated programs and junk that make certain aspects of MMO games easier, often to the point where the person running the bot doesn't even need to be at the computer and can go do other things while the bot is doing the work for them. Ex. One bot might automatically target and attack/kill enemies within a certain radius, then go pick up the dropped items to "farm" them.

A lot of people, especially people who make MMO games, consider using bots cheating. Personally, I'd probably use bots if I was able to, especially since the grinding on a lot of MMOs is bullshit.

Ahhh, thanks for the explanation!

Do you make a profit?
Autoclicker seems to be... ah, you said not this one. You had me worried for a minute there.

There was a fandom for Nescafe guys, so it's within the realms of possibility.

I think this one is less "Fandom" and more "Secret" ?

It's more like admitting you shoplift MCU DVDs, rub you junk on them, and then put them back on the shelf.

It's a misfire for a Hamburger guy secret. You gave a very vivid description though.)

(Anonymous) 2015-05-17 09:30 pm (UTC)(link)
As long as it's not a Blizzard game. They just banned 100k accounts, so may want to not do that.

(Anonymous) 2015-05-17 09:35 pm (UTC)(link)
Banned 100K accounts? Like, banned people who have more than 100K gold?

(SO has close to 100K on every one of their 21 toons, but that's due to years of doing dailies and quests and never spending gold on anything except repairs.)

(Anonymous) 2015-05-17 10:24 pm (UTC)(link)
as in, they banned 100,000 people that were using the honorbuddy bot

(Anonymous) 2015-05-17 10:27 pm (UTC)(link)
oh DUR

OP

(Anonymous) 2015-05-18 10:58 am (UTC)(link)
Some of my games are, but they're not honorbuddy and no I'm not banned. I make my own bots and don't share. Coincidental timing of the secret on my behalf. I wanted to cheer "FS is dying" anon up.

Click bot was one of the first google results that wasn't too cluttered and allowed for text space lol.

(Anonymous) 2015-05-17 10:24 pm (UTC)(link)
so did blizz ban you

(Anonymous) 2015-05-17 10:27 pm (UTC)(link)
WoW BGs have been so much more fun since the banwave. Screw botters tbh. Sorry op.

But what do you sell it for?

(Anonymous) 2015-05-17 10:44 pm (UTC)(link)
Because if real money is entering the picture anywhere, you owe taxes.

:D

OP would need to make enought to break the threshold, surely? Unless it counts as cash in hand?

I hope you were one of those 3 million in WoW banned for doing that.
