I don't know, it's hard to capture it in a sentence, it's just legitimately the dorkiest fucking wrestling promo ever

one example, the main heel for most of the history of the promotion was Ultramantis Black, a supervillain with a costume derived from Kamen Rider and other tokusatsu-type shows
