I feel like there's definitely a bias toward romance in source material and fandoms, but it irritates me the most when I see it in fandoms. All anyone ever seems to care about is whether or not someone is getting laid, even if it's totally inappropriate or even abusive (say, one half of an OTP is LITERALLY a child).
