That was my thought. Even just comparing him to guys I see in the gym and not tv he seems around normal for someone who just likes to work out.

Yeah, his arms aren't that big. He doesn't do a lot of weight training; martial arts are his thing. He and his martial arts buddy, Egan Inoue, also teach self-defense classes for women with the proceeds going to charity. He's an all right guy.

He's too buff for my taste *personally*, but really? people "need" to do whatever the hell they want as long as they're healthy. If working out and being buff makes a person happy more power to them.
