I think it's three, yeah. The tiny guy at the top, the big guy in the middle with his face planted in the tiny guy's stomach, and another one behind him with his legs wrapped around the middle guy's waist.

I'm with you till that 'red' leg at the very bottom, which seems as though it only fits with the rest of the red bits if the limbs have been lopped with a machete and tossed onto the bed.

Yeah... her leg is a bit... extended there for her body. I definitely stared at that bit for a while until I noticed that it was definitely her leg. I dunno, maybe she is curled a bit more, just hidden under his pants. I'm not really sure.
