I'm sorry dear Anon, but Global Warming will take a bit longer to kill us all, and even a nuclear bomb will not kill everyone... Poisoning the water supply could work, but then you'd have to make sure everyone's water supply is poisoned at the same time which would be impossible. Especially considering how many of us have our own private supply.

So how do you plan on achieving your goal Anon?

And if you kept them in the dark about it... Well, how many friends are we talking about here? It has to be a good many to kill everyone. In that case I find it unlikely that you'll manage to kill them all before they kill you.

This is a poor plan, imo.
