Re: Names you always associate with characters
Does "Harry" and "Potter" count or is it too obvious? I never knew anyone with that first name or last name personally while I was a kid, even though they're common names.
Lucy and Edmund I always associate with Lucy and Edmund Pevensie. (Not Peter or Susan, though.)
Every George is always associated with George Costanza from Seinfeld. No matter what.
I don't associate the name Gretel with Hansel and Gretel, but with another Grimm's Fairy Tales Gretel, Clever Gretel the cook with the red-heeled shoes who preferred to drink her master's beer and eat his geese rather than serve them because [insert excuse here].
