Well, if you're kind of trapped in to saving the world, you can't really just quit, can you? So, it's not so much a question of do you have the drive to do it as it is a question of are you a fucking quitter once you get started. Because once I'm trapped into something like it looks like I'd be trapped into this, well, it's more effort for me to quit than carry on.

It sounds more like a question of ability than determination imo. Not do you want to make it but are you capable of. People quit at things for lots of other reasons than 'being quitters'

Well, OP says you're the one chosen to save the world, so my understanding is they would not have chosen you if they knew you didn't have the ability to go through the training. "Drive" is more like mental fortitude rather than physical/mental ability.

Like, if you're the only one who can save the world, and you don't have the ability to go through the training, sounds like actually no one can save the world.

I'd at least try. If I am the Chosen one, I'd assume I have some kind of special powers or something.
