Don't beat yourself up, OP. You can get back to sticking to what you were trying to change. One blip isn't the end of the world.

Problem is, I backslid on TWO things and they're kind of inversely related to one another.

I backslid on something important and freaked out so I did something that I'd PROMISED myself I'd stop doing to try and compensate.

So it's like a double whammy....:/

True.

Sometimes though...I do wonder if getting back on the wagon is a good idea. It's important to me but sometimes I wonder if it's TOO important because no one but me is ever gonna notice or care.
