I got some bad news a few weeks ago and ended up falling into a depression and stopped taking care of myself again. I'd just started trying to take better care of myself a month ago, and now it all got shot to hell. I'm trying to shake myself out of this pattern, but it's hard because I've been stuck in these really down lows for a few years.
