When the last Twilight book came out, I remember a lot of snarky jokes about how only Cronenberg could do justice to that childbirth scene.

David Lynch is on the right, the one with the hair, and Cronenburg is the on the left.

I actually had to look up Cronenburg's filmography. I'm much more familiar with Lynch's, having seen many of his movies, as compared to only one of Cronenburg's (which, surprisingly is not The Fly but Eastern Promises).

David Lynch's stuff is weird in a tilted-head, what-the-hell kind of way and David Cronenberg's stuff is weird in a flinching-back, what-the-fuck-did-I-just-see kind of way.

The other messes with your perception of reality and makes you question your sanity...and his (Lynch)
