I make Filipino food, which I grew up eating, but most of my friends have never had, so that's the thing I'm sort of known for when there are dinner parties. I bring lumpia, pancit, and sometimes kare-kare, if I can get the oxtail.

Filipino food is amazing, this is a long-held position of mine

Lasagna, mac and cheese (with pancetta and green peas), 3-bean chili, and I make a good meatloaf. I do excellent bread pudding as well (if I do say so myself).
