I would guess at early 20's, but I've never been good with timelines.

I don't think timelines apply because of her time travelling? (haven't played the game yet, but since the games are sequels to the books and they haven't cut out anyone's storylines/abilities so far I'm assuming Ciri's time jumps are still canonical in this case)
