I guess I'm talking about even smaller fandoms then. Because I know no one is going to watch/read my smallest fandoms. They're too obscure/hard too find. I could convert people to thinking my fandoms are the greatest thing since sliced bread but they're still not going to be able to find the canon to interact with me about it. I would still love if people talked to me about them though.

And for the fandoms where someone could find the canon, I would love to convert or entice as many people to try them out as possible. They're so small that even adding one new voice would bring a lot of energy and diversity, so I'm more than happy talking about the same thing over and over again in the hope that one person ends up being interested.

Mm, I have a few fandoms like that, but I'm not particularly interested in talking about them, I guess, since I know the person I'm talking to really has no idea what I'm talking about and never will.
