I suspect it may have been the way the mouths moved. Or the yipping. I can't even remember. I also had a nearly pathological fear of a small blinking red light that was for some reason installed on our stairway. Looking on Google images, the yip-yips do not strike nearly as much fear in me as they once did. Nor do small blinking red lights.

I finally figured mine out. It was Freudian.

They looked like talking vulvas with tentacles and eyes.

Sadly, some of them have. :( But you can always hope they get offed before they have more children.

If you need the names, here they are: Britney Spears, Lindsey Lohan, Paris Hilton, Jamie Lynn Spears (Britney's younger sister) and Lynn Spears (I think that's her name...she's Britney and Jamie's mother).

I see! These ladies are simply not suited to their environment. I would feel the same way about a polar bear set down in the jungle. :( It would not have children.
